English has a cool term for it: Out of the box. How fitting. We are not locked in a box and bound by rules. We see differently, hear differently, think differently and produce "different" outputs. We don't build brands and businesses for the next year. We think long term and try to see opportunities that may not even exist for others. Sometimes it takes a really long horizon and patience, but we are used to digging out the outcome and waiting for it.

Your best friend usually has a first and last name. Brands may seem like ordinary words, yet we believe they can create connections as strong as the connections people have with each other. Every brand takes on the values of those behind it and puts the best and worst of themselves into it. The teams behind our companies and brands are more than a random grouping of people, they are friends and family. They understand each other, have common goals and strong moral values. And most importantly, it always has the customer at its heart.

We design
Products

Customer support, logistics, accounting department, finance, these are important parts of any company. Bricks, maybe windows or doors. But we see products and product (R&D) development as pillars, load-bearing walls. Tear down a load-bearing wall and the whole building crumbles. That's why we put a lot of effort into product development and manufacturing. A decent and honest brand is built on top quality products. High quality, sophisticated, but simple to use.

Improving
processes

Process. The dirty word in every startup, a necessity in a start-up and the basic life essence of a dynamic large company. Processes often change as quickly as the environment and the size of the company or product portfolio. And that's why we've learned to like processes. We think about them, test them, implement them, and then modify them again. We literally cherish processes.

We automate
and innovate

It's been said. We're either building a brand or a complex technology. Processes and products are a natural part of it all. And very often we use complex technology to improve a process or strengthen a brand. Save costs or gain a competitive advantage. Automation, digitization, big data and BI are our daily bread and butter. Because a strong brand without a state-of-the-art technology background will soon be a weak brand.
