    Short BIO

    I was born in Zlín into a family of former Bata family members who were transformed into teachers due to the repression of the communist regime. Epigenetics might find a link between my family history and my overwhelming desire to chart my own course in life, to invent and create. I never really respected authority, and although I was not an explicitly troubled student, I was far from being a premier student. Honor the bright exceptions on the big exams. I certainly wouldn't call myself a genius kid, and certainly not an exceptional being. I just always enjoyed inventing, experimenting and discovering. I started my working career as a journalist as a freshman in college and added my first companies and businesses a few years later. I've tried a lot, including hosting a TV show. So much so that I probably deserve the title of serial entrepreneur. I've kicked my own ass and succeeded several times. All the kicks and successes, plus my powers of observation and penchant for literature, have led me to where I am today. I like the broad reach, I enjoy the synergy and I'm always having fun inventing, creating and pushing boundaries. Actually, no, I'm enjoying it more and more.     First of all, the results of our brands and companies are not about me. They are about great teams that give them life and meaning. My personal vision is to build a smart ecosystem of companies and brands that deliver high value to clients and benefit from mutual synergies. We use state-of-the-art technology, a high level of automation and very personal, personalized communication and marketing. We focus on developing cutting-edge products and services and providing excellent customer support. My personal vision is to create brands and companies with which their customers form a close relationship. It creates a connection built on mutual understanding and trust. The customer, i.e. the human being, has always been and always will be first. As long as this vision continues to lead us to good business results, which we believe is the right direction, we are committed to dramatically increasing the proportion of funds given to beneficial causes, including reducing inequalities in society and protecting the environment. I believe we have a moral responsibility to protect our beautiful planet and to pass it on in the best possible condition to future generations. RUSCONA and GLAMORA are a shining example of what happens when good people with vision and drive meet in a project or company. Two confident brands with an international reach and a relentless drive to turn the world of nail care upside down have grown from recently unknown brands, thanks to everyone working on them from the founders to the collaborating nail technicians. Year-on-year increases are breaking all records, and it has only just begun.


The rapid growth of the RUSCONA and GLAMORA brands (108% YTD) in the European markets necessitated a change in organisational structure. All Day Digital s.r.o. will focus exclusively on the development of these brands from 2022. The other brands and companies will continue to be developed within the group under the umbrella of All Day Ventures Ltd.
